Make this Green Channa Pulao Recipe In Hindi at home and share with us your experiences in the comments section below. <br /> <br />Please click on the CC button for English subtitles! <br /> <br />Ingredients:- <br />1 cup choliya <br /> <br />2 cups basmati rice <br /> <br />2 tbsp ghee <br /> <br />1 cup onions sliced <br /> <br />1/2 cup potato diced <br /> <br />1/4 cup tomato sliced <br /> <br />1 tsp ginger garlic green chilly paste <br /> <br />1/2 tsp turmeric <br /> <br />1/2 cup coconut milk <br /> <br />4 cups water <br /> <br />3 bay leaves <br /> <br />4-5 green cardamom <br /> <br />2 black cardamom <br /> <br />7-8 cloves <br /> <br />1 inch cinnamon sticks <br /> <br />1 small stone flower <br /> <br />1 piece mace <br /> <br />Salt as required <br /> <br /> <br />Garnish <br /> <br />1/4 cup fresh coconut grated <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Method:- <br />- Heat ghee in a pan and add bay leaves, cloves, stone flower, black cardamom, green cardamom, mace and cinnamon. <br />- Cook until the masalas emit an aroma and then add the onion. Add salt and cook for a minute on medium flame. <br />- Add ginger-garlic-green chilli paste and mix well. Cook for 30 seconds and add turmeric powder, potatoes and choria. <br />- Now add the rice, coconut milk, water and salt. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes on high flame. <br />- Add tomatoes, grated coconut and turn the flame low. Cook for 10-15 minutes by covering with a lid. <br /> <br /> <br />Choria Pulao is ready to eat! <br /> <br />HAPPY COOKING!!!
